This 5T/h full-auto flash evaporation and degas system is controlled by Simens PLC controller and can match with antiseptic machine. Removing the moisture and peculiar smell in the material through degas processing, the quality of products can be improved.

This machine consists of steamer, condenser, balance bucket, plate-type heat exchanger, loop vacuum pump, material pump and electric cabinet. The part connecting the pipeline and the machine are made of high quality stainless steel SUS304, and the material of 90 ~ 95°C is measured by imported electromagnetic flow meter. After pumping into the steamer, the temperature of material will decrease because the steamer is under negative pressure state (the pressure is -0.078 ~ 0.087Mpa), so the moisture which account 1% ~ 10% and other gas will be vaporized and enter into condenser. After vaporized, the material of 55 ~ 65°C will be pumped into next processing.
